Questions
Can we cancel?
Yes. Nothing renews by itself: a lease ends after the months you chose, and a yearly licence after 12 months, and we send a new invoice only if you want to go on. To stop earlier, tell us; the licence then ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
Can we change the people?
Yes. Your admin takes people off and adds new ones on a web page, and new people get the download by email. Someone who leaves loses Professional at once.
We’re a start-up or a freelancer. Can we ask too?
Of course. Use your company address if you have one. With a personal address (Gmail, Outlook…) we first check your name and company, and we may write to you with a question before we send the quote.
What do the people get?
Everything in Professional: every calculator, the link lab with terrain and weather, the system and field tools, and every update, each on up to two computers.
A university lab or a course?
Students can subscribe themselves at the student price. When the university pays for a lab or a course, ask for a lease for the semester.
